CANCELLATION & RETURNS POLICY
Cancellation policy – You are entitled to cancel your order, provided that you do so before the products are dispatched. The refund will be to the card you purchased with.
Returns policy – We do not accept returns due to the hygienic nature of our products. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, it may be returned within 14 days provided that it is unopened, unused and in the original packaging. No returns can be accepted if the product has been damaged or altered in any way or if the 14 day return period has been exceeded. All returned products will be subject to inspection by us before a refund or an exchange can be made. The return of the product will be at your own expense and you will be refunded what you paid for the product, excluding delivery fees.
