Commission & Payout Policy
Commission Rate: 15% on every successful sale made through your unique link. This 15% excludes the courier fees.
The “Locking Period”: To account for our customer return window, all commissions are “Locked” for 30 days after the date of purchase.
Refund Policy: If a customer returns a product for a refund during this 30-day window, the commission for that specific sale will be rejected/marked as unpaid. This allows us to maintain a fair return policy for our customers.
Payout Schedule: Once the locking period expires, approved commissions are paid out during our monthly cycle via EFT.
Banking Details (South African Affiliates)
As we are currently focusing on our local South African market, we process all payments via EFT. To set you up on our system, please reply to this email with an official Bank Confirmation Letter (Proof of Account) from your banking app or branch. This ensures your hard-earned commissions reach the correct account safely.
Note: We are currently only shipping and paying out within South Africa. We will notify all partners once we expand our international courier services and cross-border payment options.
